What is a giclée?

A giclée (pronounced zhee-klay) is a fairly new word, coined by printmaker Jack Duganne. It means a high quality ink-jet copy of a painting. All of the giclée’s produced by are the highest quality the market has to offer.

A silhouette is the image of a person, an object or scene consisting of the outline and usually an entirely blackened interior.

What is a watercolor?

A watercolor is basically paint mixed with water. It creates a beautiful effect, as watercolors are slightly transparent, and are a great medium for layering.

What sources does Esther use for the historical background of her paintings?

Esther uses mostly traditional sources, Tanach, Talmud, and Medrash. As well, she adds her own approach and understanding to all of her work.

Free! At least, if you live within the contiguous 48 states. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be calculated, and if you live outside of the USA, you’ll have to contact us, and we’ll calculate how much shipping and customs will be.
